The LDC Fund supports the preparation and the implementation of the National Adaptation Programs of Action (NAPAs), thus any LDC country having completed its NAPA is eligible for funding projects under the LDC Fund. This publication goes through the steps necessary to present a project, and other relevant topics, including rules and policies, reporting requirements, criteria for approval, co-finance and direct access.
