Climate justice and green global economy: call for papers
Call for papers for a special issue of International Environmental Agreements: Politics, Law and Economics, on “International Environmental Justice and the Quest for a Green Global Economy”
The journal special issue will explore :
- The links between sustainable development, green economy and social-environmental justice
- How economic actors, forces and institutions can better serve environmental justice in the transition to green economy
- The prospects and limits of emerging human right approaches and “new” conceptions of justice in galvanising environmental justice at global, regional, national and local scales
- Justice implications of market-economic solutions (e.g. fair trade & carbon markets) to environmental protection and poverty eradication.
